Cancellation by Customer:

  • Prior to the rental start time: 90% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • After rental start time: No refund

Cancellation by Luxi Cars:

In the rare event that Luxi Cars cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund of the total amount.

2. Refund Policy

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refund Method:

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Early Return Policy

Vehicles returned before the scheduled end time are not eligible for discounts or partial refunds.

4. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure:

In situations involving natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refund requests will be assessed individually.
